Continue is an AI-powered relationship and communication practice app that helps users improve their social skills through conversations with virtual personas. The app provides a safe environment to practice dating conversations, relationship scenarios, and social interactions.

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access or use the App.

• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You are not prohibited from using the App under applicable laws

User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. We use Firebase Anonymous Authentication, which means:

• No personal login credentials (email/password) are required
• Your account is identified by a unique anonymous ID
• Your device's Android ID may be used for account recovery

Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Creating secure backup files if you wish to preserve your data

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms and Conditions
• You engage in prohibited activities
• Your account is inactive for an extended period
• We discontinue the service

User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI models:

• Is created based on your inputs and prompts
• May not be entirely original or unique
• Should not be considered as advice or factual information
• Is provided for entertainment and practice purposes only

Payments and Credits

Credit System

The App uses a credit-based system for AI conversations:

• Free Credits: Daily allowance provided at no cost
• Purchased Credits: Additional credits available for purchase
• Reward Credits: Earned through watching advertisements
• Credit Consumption: Different AI models consume different amounts of credits

Purchases

All purchases are processed through Google Play Store:

• Prices are displayed in your local currency
• All sales are final unless required by law
• Refunds are subject to Google Play Store policies
• Credits do not expire but may be lost if you delete your account

Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Modify credit prices at any time
• Change the credit cost of AI models
• Adjust daily free credit allowances
• Introduce new pricing tiers or subscription models

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your use of the App at any time by:

• Uninstalling the App from your device
• Deleting your account through the App settings
• Ceasing to use our services

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Legal or regulatory requirements

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App ceases immediately
• Your account and data may be deleted
• Unused credits may be forfeited
• These Terms remain in effect for applicable provisions

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will:

• Provide at least 30 days notice before new terms take effect
• Notify you through the App or other reasonable means
• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and WileyLabs regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
